Pyar and Cynthia, we had a great visit w/you last evening. I hope you find yourselves rested and ready for today’s hike! Its going to be hot this weekend so drink plenty of water and rest as needed. I’ll be checking your website often now that I’ve found it. We visited Loookout Mtn. Ga. two summers ago.Then drove north thru western NC. its awesome in that part of NC. I lived in NC. for about five years, in the Raleigh area…work took me there.

Hey Paul! Thank you for the message. I hope I don’t give off the wrong impression with my latest video. When I said “drugs” I meant Ibuprofen. I was kind of delirious from a long day of walking followed up with a fever. I agree with you about the goodness of God. When I am present, I find him in every step. Of course, there are all kinds of distractions, but I am doing my best to be mindful. Here is a link to the umbrella if you are interested in one. Hey Pyar, I met you about one and a half miles before the Kentucky border. Great idea you have and hoping you will have the endurance and stamina to make the West Coast.
